Our Philosophy

Most importantly, we stand for the preservation of a property. Demolition is only completed if this results in a higher quality of living and additionally, homogenous use.

"Our" properties, and particularly historic properties, have character, which we feel must remain and be preserved.

For us, it is especially important that every project and every residential unit is something special and unique. This could be a large new roof terrace, enlarged windows, exposed wooden beams, an open living room or light shafts, which in winter months brings the natural light into the living areas.
